What is the difference between the extension and the panels?
The browser extension is for live play — real-time session insight while you spin. Player Pro and Premium unlock the Player panel for historical search, graphs, and exports. Game studios use the Provider panel. Casino operators use the Casino panel. Each panel is a separate product for that audience.
Which plan should I choose as a player?
Basic is free and covers live tracking in the extension. Pro is for players who want cloud history, Bonus Intelligence, and the Player panel. Premium adds community intelligence, longer retention, and AI-assisted session insight.
Do Provider and Casino plans include the player extension?
No. Provider Intelligence and Casino Intelligence are enterprise panel products. They do not include player extension seats. Players subscribe separately to Basic, Pro, or Premium.
Is there an enterprise trial?
Yes. Provider Intelligence and Casino Intelligence each include a 30-day trial. Contact us to provision your organisation for the panel that matches your business.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are processed securely via Paystack. Self-service checkout from your dashboard will be available when billing launches. Until then, enterprise and partner plans are provisioned with our team.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your current billing period (month or year). We do not issue mid-term cash refunds on monthly or annual subscriptions. After you cancel, you will not be charged again at renewal. Enterprise trials can be ended during the trial with no charge if you have not converted to a paid plan. Contact us to cancel or change plans.
Where do I install the extension?
SpinVisor is installed from official browser stores only (Chrome Web Store, Firefox Add-ons, Opera, and Brave via the Chrome Web Store). We do not distribute unpacked or developer ZIP builds on this website.
